Timeframe: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date.

Damaged Brushes & Order Errors: If your hair brush arrives physically damaged or compromised, email rioglamextensions@gmail.com with your Order Number (#) for an immediate replacement or fix.
Return Guidelines and Conditions
Hair Brush Eligibility & Hygienic Conditions Due to strict health, sanitation, and consumer safety regulations regarding personal hair care tools, compliance with the following standards is mandatory:

Hair brushes must be in their original condition, unused, and unworn.

The brush must be completely clean, free of any hair strands, styling product residue, oils, or dust.
Financial Adjustments & Fee Structures

Processing Fee: An $8.95 flat fee will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover return shipping (waived for standard product exchanges).

Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are entirely non-refundable.

Promotional BOGO Adjustments: Refund will equal the item's original standalone price reduced by the proportional discount applied across the promotional bundle.

International Shipments: Return shipping and reverse duties remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds route to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the funds to clear and show up on your statement, pending your financial institution's processing time.
Final Sale Notice All hair brushes explicitly marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or product exchange under any circumstances.
